I’m starting this month’s newsletter from the Fort Wayne, IN airport. Looking up, I see the reflection of the whole terminal behind me. Beyond the glass, I see the outline of the small plane that will get me from here to home. I’ve swapped my usual audio from my phone for the sounds of overhead reminders that unattended bags are a safety issue…
