Why Seeking the Sacred?
Woven within my book, The Soul of the Helper, is a seven stage journey of seeking the Sacred within ourselves in order to see it in others. It’s a humble, experiential journey of recognizing our spirituality and mental health are inextricably connected as we move through the seven stages with the ultimate goal of loving our neighbors as ourselves.
My hope is that these newsletters support you along that journey of seeking the Sacred.
